Wayne Nemec serves as Vice President of Print Service at DOCUmation, leading all service branches—including shop and setup technicians, dispatch, and the helpdesk call center. Driven by a passion for solving complex problems and enhancing operational efficiency, Wayne ensures DOCUmation delivers top-tier service to customers across Texas.

Backed by over 38 years of industry experience, including his time as a Production Service Manager for high-profile accounts, he brings exceptional technical expertise and leadership to the team. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology and applies his knowledge to improve service standards and strengthen internal systems.

Rooted in core values like honesty, integrity, compassion, and responsibility, Wayne believes that success starts with people, both employees and customers. He demonstrates his attention to detail and unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction by leading with example—keeping promises, ensuring consistent service, and fostering a culture of respect and accountability.

Outside of work, Wayne enjoys mountain biking, training at the gym, and spending quality time with family, friends, and his six grandchildren. He also volunteers at company-led events and loves to travel whenever time allows. As he looks ahead, Wayne plans to retire in the next few years and travel the world with his wife, staying active, healthy, and focused on living life to the fullest.
