Hunter Woolfolk, Chief Executive Officer

Hunter Woolfolk is the Chief Executive Officer of DOCUmation, where he focuses on sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, and acquisitions to drive the company’s continued expansion. A lifelong member of the DOCUmation family, Hunter began working in the business at a young age and joined full-time after earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Abilene Christian University in 2009.

Hunter started his career at DOCUmation as a sales representative, spending seven years growing the business one relationship at a time. He’s proud of how far the company has come and remains grounded by the same values that shaped his early days in the field. As CEO, Hunter lives and leads by DOCUmation’s core values: Customer, Character, and Community. He is committed to ensuring that the people within the company reflect these values and are motivated by service, excellence, and growth.

Hunter works alongside his brother, Preston Woolfolk, and is supported by a strong leadership team that shares his passion for delivering exceptional, customer-first service. Under his leadership, DOCUmation has continued to grow across Texas and earned recognition as one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas—an honor that reflects the team’s commitment to employee development and workplace culture.

Outside of work, Hunter is a devoted father and outdoorsman who finds balance in nature and enjoys quality time with his family. Whether hiking, fishing, or just spending time outside, he values the chance to unplug and reset.
