DOCUMATION was formed by the merger of two companies in 1997. The first was Copy Distributing of San Antonio, a company that began selling and servicing copiers and fax machines throughout south Texas in 1965. The other was Xerographic Copier Services, Inc., which was formed in 1989 to remanufacture and service high volume Xerox machines. We have been part of the office automation industry for over 40 years.
Shortly after the merger, DOCUMATION became a distributor for Ricoh Corporation, the largest maker of copiers, printers and duplicators in the world. The company then purchased the largest independent dealership in New Mexico and then later expanded into Austin, Bryan/College Station and north Houston.
DOCUMATION has assembled a team of professionals with the expertise to combine hardware and software solutions that maximize our customer's capabilities, internal efficiencies and overall business performance. The Company today sells and installs over 300 copiers and printers monthly and it supplies and services machines that generate over 125 millions prints and copies each month.
